Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
We strive to ensure the highest quality of our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy.
Refund Period
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Refund Conditions
A refund is possible if you have viewed less than 20% of the course materials. If the course access has been actively used, a refund will not be issued.
How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund, please email pavelkryzhanovskii@gmail.com. Include the email address used at the time of purchase and the reason for the refund. We will process your request within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Once your request is approved, the refund will be returned via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment system.
Exceptions
A refund will not be issued if the course has been fully viewed, materials have been downloaded or shared with third parties, or if more than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
